Why does my screen rotate to landscape even though I locked the orientation

I have already locked my orientation. however it sometimes goes to landscape. When I does that I had to click another app and click the home button then it will turn back to portait view. I just got this phone 2weeks ago.

I Have an iPhone 6s plus
